Upload your logo and cover image

Add your logo and a cover banner so your ordering page looks like your venue.

Your logo shows as the avatar at the top of the diner's menu. The cover image is the wide banner behind it. A phone photo is fine; Tapimo crops and resizes both for you when you save.

On your plan

Branding is part of plans that include branded ordering. If the theme editor shows Custom branding isn't included in your plan, you will need to upgrade first. Your settings are saved and come back automatically if you upgrade later.

Who can do this

This needs the Manage Venue Theme permission. Venue owners have it automatically.

Steps​

  1. Go to Settings -> Theme.
  2. In the Logo & cover section, click Choose logo and pick a square image. Tapimo crops and resizes it to 512 x 512.
  3. Click Choose cover and pick a wide image for the banner. Tapimo crops and resizes it to 1200 x 480.
  4. Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom.

Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 25 MB each.

How to know it worked​

Your logo and cover appear in the live preview. Use Preview to see them exactly as a diner would. See Set your theme and preview it.

Troubleshooting​

I want to swap or remove an image Hover the image and use the Replace or remove button on it, then save.

The image looks cropped Tapimo crops the logo to a square and the cover to a wide banner. Pick an image that still reads well when cropped to those shapes.
