Reading your subscription status
What each subscription status means, and what you can still do while you are in it.
Your subscription status shows on Settings -> Subscription. It decides whether you can run your venue normally or only look at it.
The statuses
- Trial: you are inside a free trial with full access to your plan.
- Active: your subscription is running and paid.
- Past due: a payment did not go through, but you still have access for now. Update your card to recover.
- Suspended, Cancelled or Expired: your subscription is no longer usable.
- Pending: a subscription is set up but not active yet.
What you can do in each
- Trial, Active and Past due are "usable": you can manage your menu, add tables, and take orders as normal.
- Suspended, Cancelled, Expired and Pending are not usable: your dashboard becomes read-only. You can still see your venue, but you cannot take orders or make changes until you subscribe again.
Getting back to active
If you have lapsed, pick a plan again on Settings -> Subscription to restore full access. See Understand your subscription plan.
