Are you ready to go live? The pre-launch checklist

Run these checks so you know diners can scan, order and pay the moment you open.

Your dashboard shows a Finish setting up your venue card that tracks most of this for you. Work down it, and confirm the points below.

The checklist

  1. Your venue is approved. Your dashboard is open (not the "awaiting approval" screen). See Why your new venue says "Pending approval".
  2. Card payments are on. Settings -> Subscription shows Payment setup is complete. Diners cannot order until this is done. See Turn on card payments.
  3. You have a plan or trial. Settings -> Subscription shows an Active or Trial status. See Understand your subscription plan.
  4. Your menu is ready. You have items, they are In Stock, and any service windows are set correctly. See Add your first menu item.
  5. Every table has a working QR code. Each table is active and its QR status is Active. See Display your table QR codes.
  6. Do a test order. Walk the whole flow as a diner using preview, so nothing surprises you on opening night. See Preview your ordering page.

How to know it worked
