Why your new venue says "Pending approval"
Understand the approval step so you know it is normal and what happens next.
Every new venue is reviewed by the Tapimo team before its dashboard opens. While that review is happening, you will see a screen that says [Your venue] is awaiting approval instead of the dashboard. This is a one-time check, not a problem with your venue.
What you will see
Thanks for setting up your venue. A member of the Tapimo team is reviewing it now. This usually does not take long.
You do not need to do anything. We email you the moment your venue is approved, and your dashboard unlocks automatically.
What to do while you wait
Nothing is required. If you manage more than one venue, you can switch to an already-approved one using the venue picker at the top of the sidebar.
If your venue was not approved
If the review could not approve your venue, the screen instead says [Your venue] was not approved and shows a Reason. If you think this is a mistake, reply to your onboarding email or contact us at [email protected] and we will take another look.
How to know it worked
When your venue is approved, the awaiting-approval screen is replaced by your dashboard, and you will have an email confirming it.
