Accept Tapimo's terms of service

Accept the terms that let your venue operate on Tapimo.

You accept Tapimo's terms of service when you first set up your venue. From time to time the terms are updated. When that happens, a banner appears across the top of your dashboard asking you to accept the new version.

Who can do this

Only the venue owner can accept terms. Staff members do not see the banner, because accepting terms is a legal decision for the business.

What the banner looks like

Updated Terms of Service (version 3) require your acceptance.

Steps

  1. When the banner appears, click View terms to read the new version. It opens in a new tab so you do not lose your place.
  2. Back on the banner, click Accept.

How to know it worked

You will see a confirmation: "Terms accepted. The updated terms now apply to this venue." The banner disappears.

Troubleshooting

The banner did not go away Give it a moment and refresh the page. If it keeps showing, contact us at [email protected].

I do not see a banner There is nothing to accept right now, or you are signed in as a staff member rather than the owner. Only owners are asked to accept.
