Finish your Stripe payment onboarding
Pick up Stripe setup where you left off and get to "Payment setup is complete".
Stripe's onboarding has several steps. If you stopped partway, or Stripe needs more information, your venue shows a status that is not yet complete. This guide gets you the rest of the way.
This is a job for the venue owner.
Steps
- Go to Settings -> Subscription and find the Stripe Connect section.
- Read the status:
- Payment setup is incomplete or Payment setup needs attention: click Resume Setup and finish Stripe's forms.
- Payment setup is under review: you are done for now. Stripe is checking your details, which can take from a few minutes to a couple of business days. Click Check for Updates later to see if it has cleared.
- When you come back from Stripe, click Refresh Status to pull your latest state.
How to know it worked
The section shows Payment setup is complete and an Open Stripe Dashboard button. Your venue can take orders.
Troubleshooting
Status says "restricted" or "disabled" Stripe needs more information before it can fully switch payments on. Click Resume Setup and complete anything Stripe asks for.
Status says "rejected" Stripe could not approve the account. Contact us at [email protected] and we will help.
I finished but the status has not changed Click Refresh Status. There can be a short delay between finishing Stripe's forms and the status updating.
