Set up your AI persona
Tell Tapimo what kind of venue you are, so AI writes copy in your voice.
Tapimo's AI features (writing item descriptions, polishing photos, importing a menu) work best when they know your venue. You fill this in once. A Mexican cantina then gets cantina-style copy; a fine-dining seafood restaurant gets cleaner, more elegant phrasing.
This needs the Manage Venue Settings permission. Venue owners have it automatically.
Set it up the first time
The first time you use an AI feature, Tapimo opens a dialog titled Tell the AI about your venue. Fill it in and your original action carries on automatically.
- Under Which are you?, choose your venue type (this one is required).
- Add your Cuisine or speciality (for example,
Modern Australian). Optional but worth it. - Pick any vibe words that fit. Optional.
- Add a line of style notes if there is anything else worth knowing (for
example,
Beach-side, relaxed fine dining). Optional. - Click Save profile.
Edit it later
- Go to Settings -> Venue Settings.
- Find the AI persona section (How AI sounds for you).
- Update any field and click Save changes in the bar at the bottom.
How to know it worked
You will see "AI profile saved. The AI now knows what kind of venue this is." The AI persona section in Venue Settings then shows when it was last saved.
Troubleshooting
An AI feature said to complete my profile first That is this profile. Fill in at least your venue type and save, and the feature picks up where it left off.
