Understand and top up AI credits

See your AI credit balance and buy more when you run low.

AI credits power Tapimo's AI features: enhancing item photos, writing descriptions, and importing a menu. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can buy more if you need them.

How credits work​

  • Monthly credits come with your plan and refresh at the start of each month.
  • Purchased credits are top-ups you buy. They carry over and are used only after your monthly credits run out, so a top-up never goes to waste.

See your balance​

Open the account menu (your avatar, top right). The AI credits row shows what you have left as spendable / monthly allowance (for example, 27 / 100). Some plans show Unlimited.

Anyone on your team can see the balance.

Top up​

Who can do this

Buying credits needs the Manage Venue Settings permission. Venue owners have it automatically.

  1. Open the account menu and click the AI credits row.
  2. In Top up AI credits, choose a Top-up amount. Each pack shows how many credits you get and the price.
  3. Click Continue to payment and complete the card details with Stripe.

How to know it worked​

After payment, your balance goes up by the credits you bought, and they stay available across months.
